Prior to joining Baker, Mr. Cantrell worked for the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) for 20 years in Airfield Operations, Noise and Environment, and most recently as a Project Administrator for the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP) and the Design & Construction team.
