In fact, directly contacting a hiring manager, for any reason, is strictly prohibited and a violation of the Company’s vendor policy. Please be advised that, in the event a recruiter or employment agency submits a résumé, curriculum vitae (CV), or other biographical information to the Company, its employees or agents (including a hiring manager) unsolicited and without a properly executed written master services or similar written agreement, the Company explicitly reserves the right and shall be entitled to pursue and hire that/those candidate(s) without any placement fee, obligation, or other financial compensation to the recruiter or agency.
The Company has an annual review process where it analyzes its existing external search partners and considers new search vendors to join its preferred list.
